Goals setting
Goals setting is better to be planned as the first activity
because it would influence the time needed for study and
determines self-management activities. Goals setting process is
based on present problems and questions analysis. Goals setting
is therefore the first step to get you motivated. Goals setting
is not a task but a process, a way of dealing with the
world.
Goals Setting is the skill to plan and record objectives and
the training needed to achieve those objectives. Changing
Attentional Focus and Deepening Concentration Exercises are
almost the same, in which it helps the fighter concentrate on
the fight and block out all other disturbance that one can
sense during a tournament, such as shouts, cheers, curses, etc.
Goals setting is quite similar to dreaming and imagining. And
there is nothing wrong in dreaming. Goals setting is a feeling
of success. It should make each day easier to live.
Goals setting is a way to be sure you are on the path you
desire…….but we do need to be ready for the bumps in the road.
Frustrating yes, but curious about the new adventure it will
bring to our lives. Goals setting is looking for the good and
not concentrating on any problems or lack that may seem to be
part of your life at this present time. We all have the
capacity to think, to know, to overcome, to live more
vibrantly, to love more, to reach out more to others and to
accept that Infinite Wisdom, God, created us to succeed and
live victoriously. Goals setting is the driving force to
success. When you set your goals, write them down and display
them where you will always see them.
Goals setting is really setting a series of objectives, or a
planned course of action, which is also series of smaller goals
or achievements. These achievements are like the steps on a
flight of stairs with your goal at the top. Goals setting is a
great way to break a plateau, get outof a rut, and just beat
boredom overall. Constantly challenge yourselfeach week and you
will have a great challenge! Goals setting is therefore the
first step to get you motivated.
